Job summary

McKibbon is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Wilmington, NC to lead the housekeeping team and support the Executive team. You will uphold brand standards, manage inventory and labor budgets, and train associates to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will inspect operations, promote McKibbon guiding principles, and mentor staff to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and brand quality across the property.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting.
• Experience with major hotel brands desired (Marriott/Hilton/Starwood).
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs while maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand guidelines.
• Lead, train and develop associates to meet brand expectations.

What Makes a McKibbon Assistant Executive Housekeeper?The Assistant Executive Housekeeper works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team.
