Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Corporate Art Curator to plan and implement arts programming across its hotel portfolio. You will manage end-to-end events, from concept through guest lists, budgeting, promotions, and F&B coordination, while building strong hotel relationships.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, leadership, and travel to properties within the region. Excellent MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and hospitality platform knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 4–6 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Hotel industry training and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and hospitality platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to properties in the region.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Visual, Performance, and Culinary Arts Program for Prime Hospitality Group Hotels in Florida.
• Own all aspects of each event including concept, budget, promotion, entertainment, food and beverage, guest lists and RSVPs.
• Create reliable financial reports.
• Coordinate exhibitions with the Senior Curator and hotel teams.
• Negotiate and implement loan agreements with artists or representatives.
• Coordinate installation and de-installation of art exhibitions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on exhibition materials and digital presence.
• Attend art exhibition openings and respond to inquiries.
