Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking an Accounting & Sales Admin for the DoubleTree by Hilton Huntington in Huntington, WV. You will support the financial and sales teams with clerical tasks, reconcile accounts, and maintain records to ensure accurate reporting.

You will collaborate with the Sales department, act as the on-site liaison for HR and the Account Manager, and apply knowledge of the property management system and accounting principles to daily operations at this award-winning hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college with accounting focus preferred.
• Able to clearly communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in relevant computer software and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounting and sales with clerical duties.
• Update and file reports, records, and documents.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits and postings.
• Handle billing inquiries and guest documentation.
• Serve as on-site liaison for HR/Account Manager.
