Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules.
• Analyze variances and investigate unusual activity to resolve issues.
• Coordinate reporting deliverables and close calendar deadlines.
• Lead interactions with outsourced accounting partner and property management teams.
