Responsibilities

• Perform routine hot tub and spa cleaning, maintenance, and water balancing.
• Drain, clean, refill, and sanitize hot tubs.
• Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain safe water conditions.
• Inspect equipment, filters, pumps, and other spa components.
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain service records with photos and notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Operate and keep company vehicle organized and stocked.
• Perform pool maintenance, openings, closings, and related services when seasonally required.

Puddle Pools Indianapolis is looking for a dependable, motivated Full-Time Hot Tub Service Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and providing outstanding customer service.

Our immediate focus is on hot tub and spa maintenance, cleaning, water chemistry, and service. During the spring and summer seasons, this position will expand to include residential swimming pool maintenance and related services.

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine hot tub and spa cleaning, maintenance, and water balancing.
• Drain, clean, refill, and sanitize hot tubs.
• Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water conditions.
• Inspect equipment, filters, pumps, and other spa components.
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including photographs and job notes.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance, openings, closings, and related services during the spring and summer seasons.

Employment Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and handle equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ability to work outdoors and independently at customer locations.
• Access to a suitable location for parking and storing a company service vehicle.
• Drug-free workplace: Employees must report to work fit for duty and free from impairment. Compliance with company drug and alcohol policies is required.
• Vehicle safety cameras: Company vehicles are equipped with both forward-facing road cameras and driver-facing cameras for safety, accountability, and fleet management. Employees must be comfortable operating vehicles equipped with these systems.
• Ability to consistently follow company procedures, safety standards, and service expectations.
