Job Brief

We are seeking a self-motivated Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service. The goal is to ensure service success that enhances customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and increases profitability.

This position offers:

Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Coordinate workflow with the schedule
• Manage on-site installations, repairs, and service calls
• Diagnose errors and technical problems, and determine solutions
• Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Prepare timely and detailed service reports
• Maintain constant contact before, during, and after service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for all assigned company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Keep accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization
• Ensure all notes and documentation are complete for transparency
• Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field service
• Ability to operate power and hand tools, as well as a multimeter
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with mobile tools, computers, and applications
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather at least 75% of the time
