Emerge in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Hot Tape Machine Operator for a clean, temperature-controlled facility. This temp-to-hire position emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality.

You will operate hot tape and welding equipment, read production instructions, inspect materials, document information, and work with supervisors to keep production moving in a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate hot tape and welding equipment to assemble fabric and plastic products.
• Read and follow production instructions, drawings, and work specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects or faults.
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Record and document production and quality information accurately.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues.
• Help keep production moving by completing work efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
