What You’ll Do:

• Service & Repair a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, including:
• Ovens, fryers, grills, pizza ovens, steamers, dishwashers, coffee machines, tea brewers, holding cabinets, exhaust fans, and more!
• Makeup air units & ventilation systems to keep commercial kitchens running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot & Diagnose issues quickly and accurately to minimize downtime for customers.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Stay Ahead of the Industry: Keep up with the latest equipment, technology and best practices.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial foodservice equipment repair & installation.
• Expertise in troubleshooting convection ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and more.
• HVAC and/or refrigeration experience is a huge plus!
• CFESA or Universal EPA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with Hobart commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Must have personal hand tools for the job.
