Job summary

Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a TheHot Shot Driver to safely operate company vehicles and deliver products to customer locations. The role includes loading/unloading, vehicle checks, and supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

You will maintain safety, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and complete delivery paperwork while communicating effectively with customers and team members. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, clean MVR, and CDL (preferred) are required or advantageous.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current state-issued Driver’s License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles professionally and safely.
• Deliver products to specified locations in a timely manner.
• Unload and stack products courteously at customer sites.

Position Summary

Required Qualifications

Work Environmentand Physical Demands

Thisposition works in both indoor warehouse and outdoor settings, with exposure to seasonal weather conditions.

Whileperforming the duties of this position, the employeeis regularly required touse their hands to handle or feel objects, reach with their arms, and communicate effectively by speaking and hearing. The rolefrequentlyinvolves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and may occasionally require sitting or climbing. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds,frequentlylift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds. Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements

To ensure safety and compliance, employees in this roleare required toalways wear steel-toe or composite safety shoes.
