Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking Hot Shot Drivers for local and long-haul routes. Operate medium duty trucks with specialized trailers to haul equipment and materials to job sites, while ensuring DOT compliance and safe loading.

Full-time positions with competitive pay, benefits and room to grow. Candidates must have CDL A, clean MVR, pass drug tests, and DOT medical card; company provides medical coverage, 401(k), and opportunities across Coal, Oil & Gas, Construction sectors.

Qualifications

• CDL A with valid endorsement.
• 1+ years of experience driving hot shot/medium duty trucks.
• Clean MVR; ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium duty trucks with specialized trailers to haul equipment, LTL freight, and materials to company and customer job sites.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Drive and operate in compliance with company and DOT rules and regulations.
• Ensure loads are properly secured per DOT and safety standards.

Hot Shot Drivers- Local & OTR Routes Available

JENNMAR Services is currently seeking Hot Shot Drivers for the Washington & Greene County area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary, room to grow, and benefits available.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Hot Shot Drivers:

• Operate Medium Duty trucks with specialized trailers to haul equipment, Less-than-truckload freight, and materials to company and customer job sites
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
• Drive and conduct operations according to company and DOT rules and regulations
• Ensure load contents are properly secured to prevent damage or breakage according to DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Communicate with dispatch/Trucking Manager as needed
• Oversee Loading and Unloading process to prevent damage or breakage
• Notify Trucking Manager/Mechanics of any maintenance or repairs required to the truck
• Maintain detailed delivery and driving logs according to DOT regulations
• Maintain valid certifications, DOT Med card, and endorsements attached to the valid drivers license

Job Requirements for Experienced Drivers:

• Valid/Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one (company provided)
• 1+ years experience
• Clean MVR
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and MVR checks
• Must have valid drivers license with a CDL A endorsement
