The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on AI Fullstack Engineer to help us build AI-native applications from the ground up. This is not your typical CRUD job. You’ll be designing how users interact with AI—through natural language, multi-modal interfaces, and intelligent agents. You’ll touch everything from prompt engineering and LLM orchestration to fine-tuning models and deploying real-time user interfaces.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, UX, and machine learning to ship features that feel like magic—but are powered by solid engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features end-to-end—from model to frontend
• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, custom) via LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools
• Build conversational agents and tools using prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases
• Deploy models using Hugging Face, Replicate, or fine-tune small/medium-size models when needed
• Own fullstack delivery of features using React.js, Node.js, Supabase, or similar stacks
• Continuously test, evaluate, and optimize AI interactions for reliability, speed, and user delight
• Stay on top of bleeding-edge AI tools and research, and propose how we can apply them
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and users to shape intelligent UX/UI
• Champion security, privacy, and ethical use of AI in our product

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in fullstack development
• Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral), vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), and RAG
• Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI toolkits
• Comfortable building and consuming APIs, managing state, and deploying on cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience in at least one of: fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, or building agents
• Familiar with Supabase, Vercel, Next.js, or similar tools for rapid product iteration
• Deep interest in AI ethics, privacy, and user-centric design

Nice to Have

• Built an AI agent or AI SaaS product before (side projects or startup experience welcome)
• Experience with embeddings, multi-modal AI, or voice interfaces
• Exposure to real-time systems, WebRTC, or multiplayer environments
• Familiar with the open-source AI ecosystem (LLM evals, LoRA, Hugging Face Transformers)
