Job summary

RTX invites candidates for an internship in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, blending onsite and remote work. Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budget.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules.
• Gathers data to monitor project progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specification to facilitate operations and ensure targets are met.
• Maintains plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).
• Responsible for project assignments with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Summer Intern session, that will run from June to August (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

_ This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. _

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
