Position Summary

This position involves servicing and fulfilling customer orders at the prepared foods counter. You will provide professional and efficient service while demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products as directed.
• Assist customers with their orders.
• Price merchandise properly.
• Stock and rotate merchandise.
• Maintain current knowledge of products.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, free of hazards.
• Provide exceptional customer service promptly and professionally.
• Follow Westborn Markets' time and attendance policies.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during shifts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Sample products at the direction of the department manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in culinary or food service preferred.
• Ability to read and write legibly and comprehend instructions.
• Proper phone etiquette for taking orders and messages.
• Effective communication skills with peers.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
