Job Description

CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver position focused on running OTR reefer freight. This role aims to support long-term career growth, with drivers typically home weekly.

Pay

Earn over $100,000/year at 3,000 miles/week; approximately $80,000+ at 2,400 miles/week.

Primary Running Area

All 48 states, mainly KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, and GA.

Average Miles and Home Time

• 2,700-3,000 miles per week
• Average haul length: 950 miles
• Home for 2-3 days after 18-21 days out, with prime spots like Dallas, OKC, Denver, Cheyenne, and Dodge City offering more frequent home time

Equipment

Automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped, with 10-speed transmissions and speeds up to 73 mph cruise.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major moving traffic violations
• Ability to pass a drug test and road test at orientation
• No Clearinghouse violations; SAP drivers not eligible
