Job Description

CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver position focusing on running OTR reefer freight. Designed for long-term career growth, with weekly home time. Mostly operating in KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, and GA, covering all 48 states.

Compensation

Potential to earn over $100,000/year at 3,000 miles/week; approximately $80,000+ at 2,400 miles/week.

Average Miles & Home Time

• 2,700-3,000 miles per week
• Average haul length: 950 miles
• Home for 2-3 days after 18-21 days out, with prime spots for more frequent home time

Equipment & Requirements

• Automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped
• 10-speed manual or automatic transmission
• Speeds: 70mph pedal, 73mph cruise
• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major traffic violations
• Ability to pass drug test and road test
• No Clearinghouse violations; SAP drivers not eligible
