Job summary

Smart Care Solutions is seeking a Dual Service Technician for Allentown, PA to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment including refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and dish machines.

You will read diagrams, collaborate with manufacturers, replace parts, and ensure safety. The role offers on-call rotations, a company vehicle, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Experience with ice machines and commercial refrigeration systems in various facilities.
• 3+ years hands-on technical experience.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations (nights and weekends).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Real ID driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment including refrigeration, cooking, beverage equipment, and dish machines.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Partner with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Replace parts and recommend system improvements while delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow safety protocols, document service work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
