Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii, LLC seeks a Class A CDL driver to move loaded and empty containers at ports, rail yards, and warehouses in Hawaii. You will inspect vehicles, secure receipts, and operate with safety and reliability in mind.

Requirements include CDL A, TWIC credential, 21+ years old with a clean record; forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus; benefits include health plans and paid time off. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

  • CDL class A required.
  • TWIC (Transportation Worker ID Credential) Card required.
  • Must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record.
  • Copies of CDL and DMV record required prior to start.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Warehouse, forklift and pallet jack operations, and inventory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Move loaded or empty trailers using a tractor to ports, rail yards, warehouses, and yards.
  • Obtain customer signature on receipts for pickup or delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports.
  • Serve as relief driver during peak periods or when drivers are unavailable.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay range $30.00 - $35.00
  • $500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment)
  • $500 retention bonuses paid at 6-month and 12-month marks of employment
  • Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start (13 days)

Job Description

This position drives gasoline or diesel-powered tractor to move loaded and empty shipping containers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Uses tractor to move loaded or empty trailers to and from depending on location the port, rail yard, warehouse, and yard.
  • Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspection of assigned vehicle and completes pre-trip/post-trip report; distribute as directed.
  • Serves as a relief driver during peak periods or when drivers are not available.
  • Other duties as they are assigned.

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift and/or move up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
