Job summary

PepsiCo in Pulaski, TN is seeking a full-time driver to support trailer movements and warehouse operations. You will move trailers from lot to dock and back, stage loads, and coordinate with the warehouse team to keep our brands flowing to stores and communities on time.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift 15–50 pounds while enduring temperature extremes. On-the-job training and a fast-paced environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and 21+ years old minimum.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Capable of lifting 15–50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to sit/stand and maneuver in extreme temperatures and noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers from lot to dock doors and back as directed.
• Coordinate with warehouse to move raw material loads to doors.
• Install and remove trailer stands as necessary.
• Stage pallet and load into truck when ready.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and sanitation as needed.

• Pay: $25.15 per hour
• Location: Pulaski, TN
• Work Days: Week 1 Sun, Wed, Thurs, Week 2 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat.
• Start Time: 6pm
• End Time: 6am

Minimum Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years of age or older
• You possess a valid Class "A" commercial driver's license
• You will be required to work on some weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You have the ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Move trailers from lot to dock doors, stage loads, and coordinate with warehouse operations to keep beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos flowing safely and on time to stores and communities.
