Job summary

PepsiCo in Binghamton, NY is seeking a full-time team member to move trailers, load materials, and maintain sanitation on a fast-paced distribution site. You will work Wednesday through Sunday, with shifts starting late in the evening and running into the early morning, with weekend coverage and possible overtime.

Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, ability to lift 15–50 lbs, and willingness to work in extreme conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Weekend/holiday/off-shift work required.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Able to sit up to 5 hours daily.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures and with hazardous equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers from lot to dock doors and back to lot as directed.
• Coordinate with supervisor to move raw material loads to doors as needed.
• Install and remove trailer stands as necessary.
• Stage pallet and load into truck when ready.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and sanitation as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years of age or older
• You possess a valid Class "A" commercial driver's license
• You will be required to work on some weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You have the ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

What You’ll Do

• Move trailers from lot to dock doors and back to lot as directed
• Work with supervisor to move raw material loads to doors as needed
• Install and remove trailer stands as necessary
• Stage pallet and load into truck when ready
• Maintain proper housekeeping and sanitation as needed
