Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Hosting Delivery Lead to modernize hosting services, migrate workloads from private to public cloud, and optimize costs. You will partner with infrastructure teams, cloud engineering, and leadership to drive secure, scalable hosting solutions.

The role blends IT operations with new digital technologies, requiring strong data analysis, CMDB accuracy, and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience delivering hosting or cloud services at scale within enterprise environments.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including cost modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on cloud migration experience (Azure or AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead hosting delivery operations from private cloud environments to public cloud platforms.
• Perform hosting financial analysis, including cost modeling, forecasting, consumption tracking, and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis across hosting inventories, service consumption, and workload classification for decisions.
• Oversee and execute CMDB cleanup and data quality improvements for accurate relationships and hosting metadata.
• Collaborate with application teams, architects, and cloud operations to align with RTX cloud strategy and compliance.
• Coordinate delivery activities and timelines across teams to ensure smooth migrations.
• Maintain governance processes to monitor hosting performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Track migration progress, risks, and impacts to leadership.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to hosting processes and data reliability.
• Partner with vendors to ensure service levels exceed contractual requirements.
• Stay current on evolving public cloud capabilities and hosting platforms.
