Outrigger Resorts & Hotels invites guests to experience true Hawaiian hospitality at Kani Ka Pila Grille. This role greets, seats, and assists guests in a fast-paced live entertainment dining environment, creating a warm first impression and ensuring every guest feels welcomed.

You will coordinate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, entertainers, and management to ensure smooth guest flow, accurate wait times, and attentive service.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the spirit of Hawaiian hospitality and “Aloha” while creating a warm and welcoming experience for all guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Responsible for greeting, seating, and assisting guests in the restaurant and bar while maintaining a positive first and last impression of Kani Ka Pila Grille. Coordinates with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, entertainers, and management to ensure smooth guest flow, accurate wait times, and attentive service in a fast-paced live entertainment dining environment. Serves as an ambassador of the Kani Ka Pila experience by embracing and respecting Hawaiian culture, local traditions, and the significance of live Hawaiian music within the venue. Must be comfortable engaging with guests about entertainment schedules, local hospitality, and the unique atmosphere of the restaurant. Must be able to work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should possess a strong guest service mindset, excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a high-volume restaurant setting. Experience with reservations, waitlist management, multitasking, and familiarity or appreciation for Hawaiian music and culture preferred.

Base Pay

Base pay starts at $30.41
