Job summary

Chili's in West Monroe, LA (part of Brinker International) is looking for a welcoming Host to greet guests and manage the dining flow with warmth and efficiency.

You will make guests feel special from the moment they arrive, help keep the wait list accurate, and coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced environment. No experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.
