Job summary

Chili's is seeking a Guest Host to warmly welcome Guests as they arrive and help create a engaging dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage wait times, answer calls, and support team members while maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere. No prior experience is required, and flexible schedules are available to fit part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm and caring attitude with a welcoming smile.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Stand for long periods while serving guests.
• Safely lift and maneuver trays of food as needed.
• No prior experience required.

Role Overview

Our Hosts begin each experience for every Guest that walks into our restaurants by providing hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
