Job summary

Hai Hospitality is a multi-concept restaurant group based in Austin, Texas. Our Florida locations participate in E-Verify.

We are seeking Hosts to manage reservations and walk-ins, set guest expectations, and provide cocktail service for waiting guests, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Hosts earn an average of $22 per hour (base pay plus tips) and will enjoy medical/dental/vision, EAP, and a 401k with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.

Responsibilities

• Learn about beer, wine, and sake and provide excellent cocktail service while guests wait for their table.
