Job summary

Red Robin – Gresham is hiring a friendly Host / To-Go Specialist. This cross-trained role supports inside dining and our To-Go service, greeting guests, seating, answering questions, taking orders, and ensuring orders are accurate and ready on time.

Part-Time / Flexible schedule with minimum wage plus tips. Join a fast-paced team focused on hospitality and memorable guest experiences, with opportunities to learn multiple restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage the waitlist and quote wait times
• Seat guests efficiently and support server rotation
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Coordinate with servers and managers to keep the restaurant flowing
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entrance
• Provide friendly and efficient To-Go service
• Take and process phone and online orders accurately
• Verify orders for accuracy and presentation
• Package food and beverages correctly for To-Go
• Maintain a clean To-Go area and keep guests informed
