Job Summary

The Host Staff creates the first and last impressions for Members and guests by providing excellent service during greeting and seating, maintaining an orderly work area, and assisting with other staff duties as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the F&B Service training program.
• Greet Members by name promptly and courteously to provide a warm welcome.
• Engage with Members and guests in a friendly manner, focusing on their needs and remaining professional under pressure.
• Close out and organize the podium at the end of each shift.
• Complete daily assignments and side work to meet Club standards.
• Report Member/Guest complaints promptly and practice good service recovery.
• Interact professionally with Members/Guests, assisting with requests and changes as needed.

About You

• Previous experience in the service industry preferred.
• Experience with telephone systems preferred.
• Trustworthy with confidential member information.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
