Where You Belong

Job Summary

The Host Staff creates the first and last impression of the Club experience for Members and guests by providing excellent service during greeting and seating. They also maintain an organized work area and assist with other staff duties as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards as outlined in the F&B Service training program.
• Learn Members' names and greet them warmly and promptly.
• Engage with Members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, focusing on their needs and remaining courteous under pressure.
• Close out the podium at the end of each shift, keeping it orderly.
• Complete daily assignments and side work to meet Club standards.
• Report and address Member/Guest complaints promptly, practicing good service recovery.
• Assist Members/Guests with last-minute requests and changes professionally.

About You

• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred.
• Experience with telephone systems is a plus.
• Trustworthy with confidential Member information.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma preferred.
