Sorellina by Giada will partner with Celebrity Chef and entrepreneur Giada De Laurentiis at our new land‑based Hollywood Casino in Aurora. The new dining experiences will bring De Laurentiis’ signature fusion of classic Italian cuisine and modern California influence to the Chicagoland region.

Responsibilities

The Host serves as the face of the restaurant and plays a critical role in setting the tone for the overall dining experience. The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming, high‑energy first impression for guests in a celebrity‑branded, upscale restaurant environment. This role manages reservations, seating flow, and guest communications while delivering exceptional hospitality that reflects the restaurant’s elevated brand standards.
