Job summary

Snow Valley Resort in Running Springs is seeking a Guest Host responsible for greeting and guiding guests, ensuring a safe and smooth flow through the base area. Starting wage is $19.00 to $20.88 per hour depending on experience.

You will answer questions, assist where needed, and help guests enjoy the mountains, with benefits such as season pass access and staff discounts at Alterra Mountain Company resorts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow guest policies and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting and controlling the safe and efficient flow of guests through the base area. Starting with the arrival of guests to the departure of our guests, Hosts will be available to answer questions and assist where needed.

This position is located at Snow Valley Resort in Running Springs.

Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• At least eighteen (18) years old
• Have an outgoing personality
• A talented communicator having a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
