Positions available: Chart Host and Front Desk Runner

The Front Desk Host is the first person the guest sees and is responsible for making a positive first impression. The role involves ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated, with a strong knowledge of the restaurant's offerings and excellent communication skills.

Must Have

• Chart Host - minimum 2-3 years charting experience in fine dining or similar restaurant in a customer service role
• Host Runner - minimum 1-2 years' experience in fine dining or similar restaurant in a customer service role
• Open Table knowledge preferred
• High volume experience
• Open availability preferred
• Reliable, predictable attendance
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills
• Related training or experience demonstrating relevant skills
• Ownership and accountability for work
• Stage presence at all times

Pay: Host Runner $20.76-25/hour depending on experience
Chart Host $27-35/hour depending on experience
