The Host provides a fantastic first impression, ensures efficient seating of guests, and supports the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional service. This role also assists with answering phones, taking carry-out orders, and supporting the food and beverage team as needed. The Host must have a strong understanding of operational standards, policies, and procedures, and be able to effectively demonstrate them. Compliance with all Southern Nevada Health Department guidelines and codes is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Provides a strong first impression and delivers exceptional guest service.Answers the phone promptly and professionally.Seats guests properly and efficiently to ensure smooth service flow.Focuses on overall guest experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience.Adheres to Health Department guidelines and maintains sanitation standards.Maintains cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.Assists with taking carry-out orders over the phone.Supports team members in various tasks when needed.Performs any and all other responsibilities within the scope of the job description.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
