Job summary

The Rose Group / Applebee's in Pennsylvania is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and help create a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You should be able to stand, greet guests, and assist team members during busy shifts while meeting the pace of guests. Shifts may be full-time or part-time based on scheduling needs.

Are you the kind of person who is energetic and outgoing? Are you awesome at turning strangers into friends and making everyone feel welcome?

The role of the host is key because you make the first and last impression on our guests and we want it to be a great one!

No prior experience is needed; just bring a warm and friendly personality and we'll provide the training! Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week, after the first year. If you think you've got what it takes, as well as the ability to stand and keep pace with our guests for the length of the shift, and lift 10-20 pounds.
