Job summary

The Rose Group is seeking an energetic, outgoing host to welcome guests and set a positive tone at the start of each visit. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure guests receive exceptional service.

Role involves standing for shifts, assisting with seating, and maintaining smooth guest flow. Training will cover guest engagement, safety, and teamwork to create a memorable experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to stand and keep pace with guests for the length of the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–20 pounds.

Responsibilities

The role of the host is key because you make the first and last impression on our guests and we want it to be a great one!

No prior experience is needed; just bring a warm and friendly personality and we’ll provide the training! Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week, after the first year. If you think you’ve got what it takes, as well as the ability to stand and keep pace with our guests for the length of the shift, and lift 10-20 pounds.
