Picnic - Join Our Team!

Picnic is the latest addition to the Defined Hospitality family, which includes Suraya, Kalaya, Pizzeria Beddia, Condesa/El Techo, and R&D Cocktail Bar.

The concept features a wine shop specializing in natural wines available for dine-in or take-away, framed by a kitchen with rotisserie chicken, a wood-fired hearth, and an oyster bar.

The restaurant is designed as an outdoor-inspired wine garden. Our service style combines wine and food knowledge with a casual approach, creating a relaxing and upbeat environment for guests.

We are looking for energetic, creative, and welcoming hospitality professionals who share our passion. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume, culinary-driven, hospitality-focused settings and a genuine love for people and community. We would love for you to be part of this special restaurant!

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience in a high-volume environment
• High energy and dedication to guest and staff experience
• Experience in a culinary and hospitality-driven restaurant
• Full-time availability is a plus
