The Role

The Host Person is responsible for the proper rotational seating of guests, greeting and seating guests, answering questions about the restaurant and menu, alerting managers to guest issues, and handling reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a rotational manner.
• Answer guest questions regarding the restaurant outlet and menu items.
• Alert the necessary Manager if there are any guest issues or special needs.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Three to six months of related experience in a food outlet, hotel, or casino environment.

Language Skills: Effective communication in English, including writing and presenting information to customers and staff.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret data such as bar graphs.
