Responsible for greeting guests in an upbeat, friendly, and courteous manner.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Answer incoming reservation calls.
  2. Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system.
  3. Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus.
  4. Check availability on a continuous basis.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  6. Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  7. Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests.
  8. Manage incoming reservations and venue floor using the table management system.
  9. Assist with daily administrative work as directed by the venue manager.
Performance Requirements
  1. Knowledge of basic food and beverage products.
  2. Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
  3. Ability to operate office equipment and the Table Management system.
  4. Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  5. Effective communication skills and ability to maintain working relationships with guests, staff, and management.
  6. Knowledge and compliance with policies, procedures, job descriptions, and safety instructions.
Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands
  1. Prolonged standing and sitting.
  2. Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  3. Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors.
  4. Normal vision and hearing range.
Typical Working Conditions
  1. Work may be performed in small areas with limited access.
  2. Ability to tolerate varying noise levels, temperature, lighting, and air quality.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operations preferred.
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
License/Certificates
  • Food Safety Team Member Training required.
  • Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.
