Spire Hospitality, LLC invites applications for a Host Person in our vibrant Food & Beverage team at Lake Placid. You will deliver warm, guest-focused service, greet arrivals, and support restaurant operations to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include reservations coordination, beverage replenishment, and maintaining clean service areas. Prior hospitality experience and a Food Handlers Certification are preferred to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

• Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness

Physical Demands:

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
• Hotel experience preferred
• Food Handlers Certification required
