Position Summary

The Host greets and escorts guests to proper seating tables. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon entry.
• Check guests' purchased tickets and escort guests to their tables.
• Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate low stock items to the Restaurant Manager.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Ensure sanitation, health, and safety standards are upheld in work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Three or more months’ experience in food service industry preferred.
• Previous Hostess experience preferred.
• Ability to learn to operate the relevant system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
