Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating Guests:

• Extend a warm and friendly welcome to guests.
• Efficiently manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and deliver silverware.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed about table availability.

Customer Service:

• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with special requests, ensuring personalized and satisfying experiences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and serving staff to elevate the overall guest experience.
• Efficiently manage and process carry-out orders.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely carry-out order fulfillment.

Maintaining Lobby Area:

• Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Payment Processing:

• Handle payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Provide change and receipts as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and reservation systems is a plus.
