THE JOB:
Are you ready to make a lasting impact with exceptional customer service? As a restaurant host, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Handle special orders, cake orders, and requests for restaurant reservations, and relay this information to management.

Stay informed about daily activities, group bookings, table availability, seating arrangements, hours, menu pricing, and the dress code.

Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.

Answer the phone, keep track of reservations, and manage the reservation book.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Exceptional customer service

Prior Host or F&B experience preferred

Describes themselves as detail-oriented

Can handle multiple tasks at one time
