Hourly pay: $15.79 + gratuities (tips)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a host role required.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on conveying the passionate nature of Lotus Concepts.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere. Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the brand.

Reservation Management: Effectively manage reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and optimizing guest flow for both regular and special events.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.

Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the guests experience and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
