Job summary

Harvest Hosts is a fully remote company with team members located across the United States and Europe. We are seeking a highly organized, technically confident Host Marketing Specialist to build and grow a pipeline of qualified Host prospects, owning recruiting campaigns from lead generation and campaign build through launch, reporting, and optimization.

You'll partner with Account Executives, Paid Channels, Brand Marketing, Data, Product, and Events to drive qualified leads, while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in B2B, demand generation, digital, or growth marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
• Advanced HubSpot knowledge to build and troubleshoot Marketing Hub emails, landing pages, forms, segments, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with NeverBounce and AI lead generation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel Host recruiting campaigns across email, landing pages, direct mail, webinars, events, paid media, and emerging channels.
• Create polished emails, landing pages, case studies, testimonials, toolkits, sales enablement, event communications, and follow-up assets.
• Lead generation and database quality: research priority industries, source, enrich, validate, deduplicate, and segment data; maintain hygiene.
• HubSpot execution: build and manage emails, landing pages, forms, segments, workflows, lead scoring, routing, personalization, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and internal teams on priorities, routing, approvals, and launch readiness.
• Analytics and optimization: track source attribution, engagement, lead quality, and funnel performance; translate results into improvements.
