Turo Inc. in San Francisco seeks a detail‑driven Host Marketing specialist to transform briefs into campaigns across CRM and web, and to manage our host-facing blog. You’ll collaborate with Creative, channel owners, and Product to launch campaigns and deliver high‑quality content.
You’ll be hands‑on, manage multiple projects, and analyze results to drive improvements, while aligning with Turo’s values and in‑office hybrid schedule. Equity and benefits are included.
The Host Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer to help educate, motivate, and grow Turo’s host community. Reporting to the Host Marketing Manager, you’ll turn campaign briefs into clear project plans, coordinate with Creative and channel owners, and own each campaign to launch across CRM and web. Beyond campaigns, you’ll help strategize, develop, and manage our host-facing blog. You’ll QA all host-facing content, track performance, and summarize results after launch to the rest of the marketing team and company leadership. We’re looking for someone who jumps in and executes without waiting to be asked and keeps multiple projects on track without losing detail. You’re comfortable running the day-to-day and speaking up when you see a better way to do things. You’re organized, comfortable writing as needed, and enjoy collaborating across Account Management, Creative, Product, and Operations.
For this role, the target base salary range in San Francisco is $90,000 - $112,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Turo highly values having employees working in‑office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This is central to how we work, and this role will be subject to our current in‑office hybrid schedule that requires Turists to work in the office three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We expect that employees will meet these required in‑office days consistently as part of their role.
