Max Burger in West Hartford, CT is seeking an enthusiastic Host to join our team during lunch hours. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and keep the dining room running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus.
• Experience in a high-energy, casual dining environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage dining room reservations and coordinate seating to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely seating and delivery of excellent guest experiences.
• Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including training and guest requests.
