Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly and welcoming Host | Lounge by TopGolf (Part Time) to join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort will feature 127,000 sq ft of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, a luxurious spa, and a vibrant entertainment district. The resort boasts two championship 18-hole golf courses and a third short course, offering exceptional dining, event, and entertainment options for guests and the local community.

Lounge by TopGolf is not your typical sports bar. This gaming lounge offers high-energy, chef-driven food made with quality ingredients, along with a wide selection of local craft beers and elevated cocktails.

This role involves greeting and seating guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon entering the restaurant, providing excellent customer service.
• Seat guests by locating available tables, pulling out chairs, and providing menus.
• Answer phone calls and record reservations for large parties.
• Manage high-volume outside of restaurant as needed.
• Monitor dining areas for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Assist servers when necessary.
• Thank guests upon departure, invite them to return, and wish them well.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Prior experience as a host is preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 lbs without assistance.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire.
