Host, Lodge Kohler

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:

Green Bay, WI

Opportunity:

Our Lodge Kohler team manages a boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Join our top-rated food and beverage team and turn your passion for great food into exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests promptly and warmly.
2. Courteously escorting guests to their tables.
3. Managing reservations, coordinating wait staff activities, and maintaining a tidy host area.
4. Assisting with room service orders and delivery.
5. Bussing and resetting tables according to standards.
6. Supporting servers with food delivery when needed.
7. Maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house restaurant and bar areas.
8. Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

This is a part-time position with shifts mainly between 10:30 am and 9:00 pm, including weekdays and weekends.

Skills and Requirements:

• Energetic and eager to learn; prior customer service experience is helpful.
• Bartending license required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 15+ pounds.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
