What You’ll Do

Welcome with Warmth – Greet each guest with a genuine smile and ensure a smooth, cheerful arrival experience.
Plan & Seat – Review reservations daily, manage waitlists, and assign tables efficiently.
Be the Voice – Answer phones professionally, book reservations, and take to-go orders with ease.
Menu Know-How – Be able to describe daily specials and menu highlights to guests.
Special Attention – Accommodate guest requests and help make special moments extra memorable.
Support the Team – Assist servers with water, clearing, and seating when needed.
Stay Alert – Anticipate needs and ensure guest satisfaction even when you're across the room.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

1+ Year Hosting or Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Excellent Communication & People Skills – You love working with people!
Detail-Oriented & Observant – You notice the little things that matter.
Organized & Calm – You keep cool and collected during busy times.
Food & Alcohol Safety Certifications (Preferred)
Of Legal Age to Serve Alcohol – Per state requirements
