The Yardley Inn, part of Genesis Hospitality, is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Host/Hostess for a part-time position. The role requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays, and a courteous approach to guests as you manage seating and reservations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Monitor open dining sections for empty and cleaned tables.
• Estimate wait times and review guest waiting list.
• Keep waiting guests informed about status and wait times.
• Answer telephone, book reservations, and arrange seating for large parties.
• Escort guests to dining room when table is available.
• Ensure drink orders are noted and handed to the responsible server.
