Job summary
Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is expanding its Services for People with Disabilities team and seeks a dedicated, energetic full-time Contract Monitor to support Host Home Services in the Eastern Iowa region. The role covers Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas, with some travel to listed counties and periodic work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED with 5 years related experience.
- Associates Degree with 3 years related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and 1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as main contact for interdisciplinary team members and individuals in the host home program.
- Work with assigned host homes to provide support, assistance, and instruction for growth and independence.
- Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to contracting independent providers.
