Host Home Provider - Home Without Minor Children

About the Role

PPCH is seeking dedicated, honest, and responsible individuals to provide compassionate care to adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities in a home setting. We need providers who can offer services including personal care, safety, community integration, skill development, and behavioral support.

Location Needs

Host Home Providers are most urgently needed in:

• West Denver Metro Area (Boulder, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, etc.)
• Northern Colorado Area (Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, etc.)
• Southern Colorado Area (Parker, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, etc.)

We also need bilingual providers who speak both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, supportive environment for 1-3 members.
• Ensure health and safety, facilitate socialization, and support community access.
• Assist with activities of daily living, medical appointments, and recreational activities.

Training and Qualifications

• Complete PPCH’s training courses (CPR, First Aid, Medication, Behavioral Safety, etc.).
• Must be able to support individuals with behavioral needs and medical requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass background/reference checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar.
• Experience with disabilities is preferred but not required.
